Salon, 10' x 10' Galley, 15' x 13' Master Bedroom, 24' x 13' Den/Office,
10'x 5' Full Tub & Shower, Central Heat and Air, Large Storage Area under
Bow Deck, Fuel and Engine are outboard of vessel so no fumes or combustion
in interior living space, 300 gallon fresh water, 500 gallon fuel tanks, 400
gallon waste tanks, Jefferson Fiberglass Company hand laid glass with a
Lafitte Skiff hull, 2 inch polyurethane foam insulation sprayed inside all
exterior walls and bottom prior to interior finishing, All Exterior surfaces
are glassed over to reduce maintenance, 3 sliding glass doors and all
windows are double glass construction, Boat was custom built from the hull
up by the current original owner. Boat is moored in Fresh Water. The boat
has traveled the Inner Coastal Waterways down to Corpus Christi, TX and has
crossed the Gulf to the Keys, along with many Rivers and Inlets. The owner
estimates the boat will travel around 9 miles an hour at 1.75 miles per
gallon of gas. Equipment has not been run in approximately 5 years.
