and Engine are outboard of vessel so no fumes or combustion in interior

tanks, Jefferson Fiberglass Co hand laid glass with a Lafitte Skiff hull, 2
inch polyurethane foam insulation sprayed inside all exterior walls and
bottom prior to interior finishing. All Exterior surfaces are glassed over
to reduce maintence, 3 sliding glass doors and all windows are double glass
construction, Diver inspected and cleaned bottom 1 year ago and found no
problems, Surveyed at $130K, and Equipment has not been run in approximately
3 years. All equipment was operable at that time. Boat was custom built from
the hull up by the current original owner. Boat is moored in Fresh water and
has traveled extensively on the Intercoastal waterway from Corpus Christi to
Key West, Cumberland, Tombigbee, TN Rivers and more.
