generator (w/300 hrs.) and closed cooling, Fireboy Halon Fire extinguisher
system, Maxwell RC 500 Windlass w/ directional controls at windless and
helm, 200’ of nylon line connected to 35 lb. Delta anchor, spare anchor
included, CO detector in Main cabin & master berth w/ smoke alarm, Standard
Engine gauges also include, rudder angle indicator, bilge pump cycle
counters, dual sensor fume detector, & trim tab deflection indicators. Depth
Finder w/ speed & water temp. VHF Marine Radio w/ hailer, fog horn, &
Intercom to cabin, Near helm additional 12V and 110V outlets, Heart
Interface 2000 watt Inverter w/battery bank, 2 Marine Air reverse cycle heat
pumps (16,000 BTU’s in main cabin & 6,000 BTU’s in the master berth) provide
both air and heat. Crown electric head w/holding tank & overboard discharge
capability. Water to head can be switched from raw water to onboard water.
Cabin has built in ice maker, coffee maker, 2 burner electric stove and a
full size (by marine standards) refrigerator, microwave, dishes, pots &
pans, silverware, toaster oven, electric skillet, & bedding. Interior carpet
replaced in 2008, Smoke free cabin, shore water outlet relocated outside of
cockpit, hot/cold fresh water shower on swim platform, exterior carpet
replaced 2009, 2 deck chairs, table & Magma propane grill (new in 2010).
Sunbrella Custom canvas w/screened U shaped vents,
Canvas re-stitched in 2010. Custom exterior lights, 2 lights mounted in the
radar arch to illuminate the cockpit and 2 flood lights under swim platform.
Mounted on swim platform are plates to support two 18’ fiberglass towing
whips that allow either 2 jet skis or 1 runabout up to 2000 lbs. to be
towed at displacement speeds. Power and utility cables, water hoses, tools, spare parts, fenders &
dock lines included. Coast Guard Documented.
