Gary & Mary Kay's
story...
"We were living in Odessa, TX. No water, no trees, and no boats! When we
stumbled across Terry and Tom Miller and the website (www.houseboatsbuyterry.com)
that changed our lives forever. So we sold our house, and bought a 1986 14'
x 60' Sumerset Houseboat. Tossed, sold or gave away, all our STUFF. Having
nothing more than a Dodge truck pulling an 8'x12' enclosed trailer with a
Harley inside, moved to Knoxville, TN. With only a lifelong dream and
absolutely no boating experience, we embarked on a 500-mile trip down the
Tennessee River from Lake Tellico to the Kentucky Lake. Read the ships log

We now live-aboard our Houseboat with our two rotten cats, on the Tennessee
River. Currently moored at Cuba Landing Marina, TN River MM 115. And, WILL
NEVER LIVE ON LAND AGAIN!
