Looking back over our 40 years together,
it is obvious how much we have been drawn to water environments. Being
Indiana kids that met on Indiana Ave. in California in the early 70's, we
soon married and spent our honeymoon camping on the beach in Oahu. After
becoming California beach lovers and taking our first big boat cruise (to
Santa Catalina Island), we later left California for more wide open spaces
in Tennessee. We built our family home on 17 acres which is almost totally
surrounded by Falling Water River, and which flows into Center Hill Lake.
We've canoed from our property to Burgess Falls Dam, bought our first
houseboat in 1989 and have now been houseboating on Center Hill Lake for
over 20 years. Recently, we added to our fleet a 40' Sea Ray and had a
memorable, fun experience taking it down the river from Knoxville into the
Gulf of Mexico. We truly love the opportunities that boating has provided
over the years for meeting new people and making great new friends, as well
as reuniting
 us
with past boating friends. Our daughter has been raised around water and we
now watch her and her husband enjoy boating as well, with us and without us!
It makes lasting memories for families to hang on to as the years go by! We
recently have had friends ask us to handle the sale of their boats, even
though we were not "in the business" so we thought, we love it all so much,
let's just "get in the business." After working together over 20 years as a
team in our general contracting business and commercial rental management,
we look forward to our new team venture. We want to help you find the joys
